Pet Unio
Pet health plans, AI guidance, and secure online enrollment
I designed and built Pet Unio’s public digital experience for discovering and purchasing pet health plans. The project combines a responsive marketing website, dynamic plan comparisons, lead-generation funnels, an AI support assistant, and a guided checkout for multiple pets and plans. A Node.js API supports official pricing, identity validation, secure payment processing, idempotent transactions, fraud prevention, checkout recovery, and commercial integrations. The result is an end-to-end customer journey that connects content, acquisition, support, and enrollment for individual and corporate customers.
