Contributing to the development and maintenance of Xello’s platform across backend services, database systems and frontend applications. Working with C#/.NET, Angular, SQL Server and Redis to deliver new functionality, resolve production issues and improve platform performance and reliability.

Full-Stack Developer (Contractor)

Pet Unio

Leading the development and ongoing maintenance of Pet Unio’s digital ecosystem, including the public pet health plan platform and a separate internal Operations Hub. Responsible for frontend and backend development, multi-pet enrollment, payment and contract workflows, partner integrations, anti-fraud controls, AI-assisted customer support, dashboards, reporting and internal operational tools.

• Built and maintained the public Pet Unio platform, including plan selection, multi-pet enrollment, customer registration, payment processing and contract generation.
• Developed a separate Operations Hub with dashboards, customer and contract management, financial information, operational tools and reports.
• Integrated payment, quotation, policy and contract workflows with external partner APIs.
• Implemented Redis-backed anti-fraud controls and persistence for suspicious checkout activity.
• Developed an OpenAI-powered assistant to answer customer questions about plans, coverage and eligibility.
• Handled production maintenance, integration failures, partial-payment scenarios and improvements based on operational feedback.
