MedHub
Medical Management & Electronic Health Records Platform
MedHub is a multi-tenant healthcare management platform for independent professionals, clinics and multi-unit organizations. It combines patient management, intelligent scheduling, clinical encounters, longitudinal electronic health records, private documents and operational dashboards in one responsive workspace. Its scheduling engine supports professional availability, rooms, blocks, recurring appointments, waitlists and complete status histories. The medical record provides autosaved drafts and immutable finalized entries, with controlled rectifications and addenda that preserve the original clinical history. I designed and built MedHub as a security-first monorepo comprising a clinical application, public website, internal operations console and NestJS API. Access is enforced by organization, unit, role, entitlement and granular permissions, with PostgreSQL Row Level Security as an additional layer, append-only auditing and MFA for privileged operations. The platform also supports consent-based consultation recording, resumable audio uploads, speaker-diarized transcription, segment review, consent revocation and retention-aware deletion workflows.
